Standard listings are published within 24 hours. Featured listings get priority review and typically go live the same day.
What's the difference between Standard and Featured?
Standard gives you reliable directory visibility on category and location pages. Featured adds homepage placement, a featured badge, an optional event image, a stronger card, and newsletter inclusion — premium visibility across the whole platform.
How long will my event stay online?
Until your event date. There is no monthly fee and nothing expires early — you pay once and stay visible for the entire run-up.
Where exactly will my event appear?
On the relevant topic pages, the city and country pages, and the main listings. Featured listings also appear in the homepage Featured Conferences section.
What do I need to provide?
Event name, dates, location, official website, a short description, and your topics. For Featured, you can optionally add a 1200×675 image.
What image format should I send?
A 1200×675 px image (16:9). It is optional — without one, your Featured card uses a clean branded fallback.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Both listings are a single one-time payment.
