Once you submit your event, our team reviews it to ensure it aligns with our editorial guidelines. Once your plan is confirmed, we guarantee to list your conference within 3 business days.
If your plan includes banners or premium placements, we will add them shortly after your event is listed. We prioritize accuracy and quality, so you’ll receive an update as soon as your listing is live.
2️⃣ What information do you need from me to list my event?
You don’t need to send us any additional information! We take care of collecting all the essential event details directly from your event website.
However, if you’d like to customize your listing, here are a few optional details you can provide:
- Custom Short Description — Provide a personalized summary of your event (e.g., “CC2025 is the leading B2B Marketing Conference bringing together 500+ executives to explore competitive marketing strategies.”)
- Tracking Links — If you’d like to track visitors from BigEvent, send us a custom URL with UTM parameters or tracking codes.
- Promo Codes — If you’d like to offer a special discount code for attendees, we can display it on your conference listing to boost visibility and encourage signups.
3️⃣ Can I list my event in multiple categories?
Yes, you can list your event in multiple categories (e.g., Crypto Conferences + AI Conferences).
Each additional category is charged separately, but we offer multi-category discounts:
- 10% off for 2 categories
- 15% off for 3 or more categories

4️⃣ What happens if I have multiple conferences to promote? Can I get a discount?
Yes, you can get a bulk discount if you promote multiple conferences at once.
Here’s how it works:

- 15% off for 3 or more conferences

Our pricing is monthly and per category.
Here’s an example of how it works:
- If you choose the Essential plan for a conference listed in the Crypto Conferences category, you will pay €50/month.
- If you’d like to remain listed for 6 months, the total cost would be 6 x €50 = €300.
- If you’d like to list your conference in multiple categories (e.g., Crypto Conferences + AI Conferences), you’ll pay for each category.
Multi-category discounts apply — 10% off for 2 categories, 15% off for 3+ categories.

6️⃣ Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
- If you want to upgrade your plan (e.g., from Pro to Ultimate), we’ll update your listing and add the new visibility features immediately.
- If you’d like to cancel your plan, you can do so at any time. However, since our plans are billed monthly, any remaining time in the billing period will not be refunded.
